Buying and downloading
What is a digital product?
It is a file you download and print yourself, rather than something posted to you. Nothing arrives in the mail — you receive high-quality files, usually PDFs, that you can print at home or take to a print shop.
How do downloads work?
Once your payment goes through, your files are available straight away. You will see them on the confirmation page, in My downloads, and in an email sent to the address you gave at checkout.
You can download them as many times as you need. Nothing expires — if a link in an old email stops working, come back to your account and start a fresh download.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest — just give us an email address so we know where to send your files. An account simply makes it easier to find past purchases later.
What happens if I lose my download email?
Nothing is lost. Your purchase stays attached to your email address, so sign in and open My downloads, or email us at hello@littleprintshop.com.au and we will resend it.
What does personalised mean?
Most products are instant downloads. A few are personalised: you tell us the names, dates and details at checkout, and we set the wording for you. Those are not instant — we prepare them by hand and email you as soon as they are ready. Personalised products say so clearly on the product page.
Are products editable?
Some are. Products marked Editable in Canva include a template link so you can type over the details yourself in a free Canva account. Everything else is supplied print-ready with fixed wording.
Printing
How do I print my files?
Open the PDF, choose your paper size, and set the scale to 100% or “actual size” rather than “fit to page”. Our printing help page goes through this step by step.
Can I print at home?
Yes. Everything is designed to print well on a standard home printer. Good cardstock makes a noticeable difference for invitations, signs and anything guests will hold.
Can I use a professional printer?
Yes, and for larger signs we would recommend it. The files are high resolution and suitable for a print shop.
Can I use Officeworks or a similar service?
Yes. Copy shops and online printing services can print these files. Ask for printing at 100% scale on the paper size you have chosen, and mention if you would like cardstock.
Which file sizes are included?
Most products include A4 and US Letter. Invitations and cards usually also include a 5x7 inch version, and signs come in larger sizes. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
Our designs
Why are website previews watermarked?
Every preview image on this website carries a repeated “Little Print Studio” watermark. It is part of the image itself, not something laid over the top, so the previews cannot be saved and used in place of buying the design.
Are purchased files watermarked?
No. The watermark only appears on website previews. What you download after buying is the clean, high-resolution file.
Can I share or resell the files?
Our printables are for your own personal celebrations. Please print as many copies as you need for your own event, but do not share, resell or redistribute the files.

Do you offer refunds?
Our refund and cancellation policy is still being finalised and will be published here before the shop opens.
